The Heavy Duty Plastic Laminator Tool by The Big Squeegee is an improvement over the Aluminum Laminator Tool. This particular blend of plastic is slightly more flexible than aluminum. This lets the squeegee conform better, which produces more evenly distributed pressure and better application. Greater flexibility is particularly useful when applying graphics to floors that aren't perfectly smooth or 100% level.

This tool removes the liner, applies the film, and squeegees it down in one simple motion. Smooth unrolling and uniform pressure produces bubble-free and wrinkle-free installations. Besides large graphics, this product can also apply laminate or transfer tape. This tool is very useful when you have a small print that requires different laminate than what's set up on your roll-to-roll laminator. Instead reconfiguring your laminating machine twice, whip out this tool, apply the laminating film, and leave your big laminator alone.
Sizing Tip: Choose a squeegee width two or more inches wider than your graphic. The squeegee must not be narrower than the vinyl, tape, or laminate. The 20" model is shown in the photographs.
